Imballaggio inadeguato. Uno dei due scambi e' arrivato rotto. Non si puo' spedire un pezzo fragile dentro una bustina senza nemmeno metterci all'interno del materiale resistente agli urti. Denota menefreghismo nei confronti di chi compra e paga correttamente nei tempi e nei modi.

Sceglie la spedizione in busta per pagare meno e si lamenta perchè non gli ho spedito gli oggetti in un pacco. Aggiungiamo busta nuova con pluriball interno, quindi resistente agli urti più comuni. Se volevi la spedizione in un pacco, bastava scegliere la spedizione con corriere che era anche assicurata, ma capisco che sia più semplice lamentarsi con gli altri piuttosto che fare autocritica sulle proprie scelte.
