Replaced a Vivofit (1st version) with this. A really nice fitness band; good quality, small, light, accurate, and very "smart" along with its mobile app. Basically use it just to keep track of steps/exercise and to remind me to get up and move. Really like the wristwatch style clasp, its much better than the plastic push on type. Disappointed in the alarm though. Was looking forward to not only having a visual, but also an audible reminder to get up and move. But the volume is so ridiculously low and the pitch so incredibly high, that it's virtually impossible to hear. And not too keen about the display. It's very small and dim, you have to catch it in just the right light to read it. I suppose both problems were designed into it so as to extend the battery life, but I'd just as soon replace the batteries more often. All that said, I'm am and will continue to use it.Read full review

I have had a Garmin Vivofit 3 for 3 years and loved it. I replaced it with the 4 and like the band better. This watch has more features. I love this one too.

The Garmin Vivofit 4 is economical, easy to set up and use. The Garmin Connect App for your phone is also easy to download and use. . It doesn't do as much as some fitness trackers but it does the basics very well. If you just want to monitor your steps/running/cardio without complexity then the Vivofit 4 is a good choice.
