I was disappointed that one of the kitty litter bags, had a hole at the top of the bag. It was boxed for packaging & postage. The kitty litter was leaving a trail, as the delivery person dropped it off. I messaged the seller, with photos attached. I have received no reply or any offer to give me a discount, given the kitty litter sand went everywhere, before opening the cardboard packaging!

When I contacted the seller they said it was a glitch in the Aus Post system. Having worked for AP for 20 years I find this unlikely.
If they had known there was an issue and had contacted me first instead of me chasing them my review would have been positive.
