Nice Sleek design easy to use
This Chi heats up quick and maintains heat...I always had tough time with other straighteners to get my hair straight.. The Chi fixed that problem now my hair is shiny and straight and didn't even have to fuzz with it. It is Awesome. I Highly recommend this to anyone who has had a hard time getting there hair straight

Does not get hot. Just gets warm.
This is not the CHI flat iron I have come to love. I have had 4 or 5 CHI's over the years and love them. Have tried a couple brands in between and they do not compare to the CHI. If this had been my first I would have never bought another. This CHI iron does not get hot just warm. I cannot do my hair with a warm iron. I will be checking on the warranty to see if it can be covered for a malfunction.This is not the CHI flat iron I have come to love. I have had 4 or 5 CHI's over the years and love them. OMG!! Unbelievable!!
I got this flat iron for 15 dollars as a used device. The flat iron is clearly new. There is no way that it was ever used. I plugged it in to make sure that it worked (since it did say that it was used), and this product heats up EXTREMELY fast within 10 seconds. It only has one temperature, which is 392 degrees (for all those wondering because it doesn't tell you that on the box), and I think that's a great temperature. Seems simple enough to use, and the plates are incredibly smooth. I haven't tried this product yet, but I am beyond the beyonds excited to try it!!! Not good ! It doesn’t work as a brand new item ! I know since I have been using same CHI tool for 15 years ! It doesn’t heat at all , and my hair is not straightened nor smooth ! If I didn’t throw away the packaging box I d be asking for refund and also reporting this product to EBay ! Don’t waste your money since brand new CHI hair straightener, same model costs 110$ at Target? I am just super unhappy about this purchase ! Thanks !Not good ! It doesn’t work as a brand new item ! No Temperature Control
Ummm I gave it three stars because the iron actually did heat up but this thing gets too hot and has no heat control setting. I have kinky 4a hair and my hair is pretty long I am not looking to burn since this would be my first time applying heat in 4 years... Perfect for a wig.. This is a waist of money if you are looking to flat Iron your real hair. It will burn your hair and I didn't even take the chance.
