Hi, I have contacted the seller dreamworld 611 several times and their answer to me was to take it to my local Kmart which I’ve tried to do , Kmart will not accept it as it was bought online and I don’t have a purchase receipt.The item was damaged and faulty on receipt,
I hereby request a full refund of $72.99 and a Return Label
as is my right under NSW Consumer Law. I do have photos if you wish to see them.
