Item was extremely well packed. The communication with the shipping process was not great but it arrived 10 days after I purchased it, was a nice surprise to have it show up so quickly.

Tolle Qualität & Klang! Sicher eingepackt, kam unbeschadet an. Hochwertig verarbeitet. Mit dem Produkt also sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer lief zügig und unkompliziert. Wurde über Lieferverzögerung proaktiv informiert und bekam schnell Antworten auf meine Fragen. Bedauerlich: keinerlei Versandinfos bzgl Import in die EU. Somit hatte ich unerwartete Kosten von zusätzlich 60 Euro. Auf Rückfrage der Hinweis, es stünde in der Return Policy (?!). Für mich nicht transparent genug.
