I understand the pictures advertised are not what you get. But what I got was not equivalent to what I paid nor was it the weight advertised. I buy broken jewellery alot due to my job, but this has the worse so far

As discussed, you failed to read the description which states "pictures for illustration purposes, random bag will be sent". We sell high volumes of these, many to regular repeat customers. We also use digital scales and pack a slightly higher amount than stated. You are welcome to return but cannot refund and also allow you to keep the item as discussed. Thank you again 😌
