The trainers were dispatched to an old address by mistake but when I contacted the seller he was understanding and offered to send them in to me at no extra cost if and when Royal Mail returned them. This he did and the trainers have now arrived and are every bit as good as the original description. Excellent communication and going above and beyond to get the trainers to me.
