All items were perfectly packed in the shipping box. I'm glad they were, as USPS lost the package for a few days. Back and forth from Columbus to Cincinnati and back to Columbus then finally to it's destination. When the package arrived, it was smashed in on a corner and gave concern but the seller did a great job of preventing shipping damage. Will purchase from this seller again.

First off, I must commend the seller for excellent customer service and quick response time to my questions and needs. This seller deserves a AAA+++ rating after what transpired. The seller shipped the pair of lamps, the box arrived by USPS a day late and one of the lamps was missing. Stolen in transit! The seller was most gracious and refunded my money and even offered a different pair though I declined as I had a specific lamp in mind. Many, many thanks to the seller.
