Seller sold me shoes and claimed they were in “perfect condition”. Upon arrival they are covered in stains . I opened a return and he tried to give me $2 back instead of accepting return. I had to escalate the case to eBay for them to step in and allow me to return shoes. Seller is on a high horse , in our messages even claimed I was “below him” . Insane!

The buyer made a false claim, told me that the shoes I sold him had "stains all over them." My initial listing provided people with NINE high-definition photos of the shoes from every angle. With complete certainty, I can tell you that there were NO stains on this pair of shoes. Buyer waited 9 days after receiving them to request a return...sure they were worn during this time.
Buyer was offered a partial refund...he refused. A full refund was then offered. To date, he still has the shoes?
