I purchasd a pair of curtains in the seller description they described the curtains as just having damaged packaging . On receiving the curtains I hung them to the curtain pole and I noticed that these curtains had an extra piece of curtain sewn on to the curtain leaving stitched all the way down each curtain I paid almost £90 for them . I’ve messaged the seller who has choose to agnore me . So they were obiovsly aware of it . Don’t buy from this person . No decency to get back to me

Sorry you are not happy with the curtains. At no point have any pictures been sent of the issue or a return been opened. Before purchasing buyer messaged to check size and stated curtains will be getting altered. We will always try to reply to messages within 24 - 48 hours which was the case with the buyers messages. Very hard to do anything when we have not received any return request only false accusations that we must of know about the fault before selling. We will always mention any faults.
