Paper manuals were forced into a 1" too narrow box causiing bendin/creases in t booklets. The price was low enough and delivered promptly to not request a return. . I put cutting board and ten pound weight on for three days which didn't really help much to flatten them back out. Big time seller like this must have someone packing for them as hard to believe an experience seller with over 10,000 reviews would shove paper booklets in an ugly used too small box. Like new description hardly fits.
