This is incorrect, the item delivered to my office was completely not what I ordered and I offered the seller to organise a pick up of their item. I did not hear back from them after that. A receipt from Amazon was included, which indicated a total cost of $26.37. I paid $42.00 for these pens, therefore I should have checked Amazon first. Seller had communicated promptly twice after purchasing the product to say that it was on its way, but in this case it appears to have been drop shipped from Amazon.
