When it arrived it has surprised in many aspects from build quality to power. It's a great E scooter! Buy one you won't regret it!! Only one complaint is the range of the battery, it's good but could be better. Happy customer here.

Straight out of the box there were multiple issues, for example, blinkers didn't work so after investigating further i found 6 wires in the rats nest of a loom that didn't connect to anything, the rear drive never worked, the front drive worked but never stopped even when no one was touching the throttle (Super Dangerous) even for an experienced rider. Asked for a refund was offered $100 LOL

They were quite uncontactable also. The unit was delivered well packed and not hard to assemble the handle bar. A bit disappointed not to be able to fold the unit for easy storage.
