Don't know who is at fault but the bed base comes as 3 boxes only 2 boxes arrived and after discussion with the seller and telling them shipping is their responsibility they arranged for the remaining box to be delivered the next day. The courier driver had instruction to leave the boxes on the verandah his laziness left 2 of the boxes in the driveway beside the carport.ALFORDSON Bed Frame Double Queen King RGB LED Gas Lift Storage Base Leather (#146171916618)

Great seller, this is not their fault of course, fast post and well packed in a box.
