    I take it every day for years. And this one has other vitamins U need in it. The pills R large. U can break it in half. Good quality. Kirkland is a reliable brand. Been around a long time

    Large tablet, may be difficult to swallow for some, I use warm water to swallow, sometimes feel a bit queasy while tabs transit down. I use them (6 daily) for my osteoporosis in conjunction with the Rx Prolia injections. Augment with magnesium tabs (2) per day. Recommendation: Get some. Kirkland is quality you can be sure of.     Best multi-mineral yet

    Just what I needed, made a noticeable difference. I take only one tablet a day. Multi-minerals are more useful than Multi-vitamins for vegetarians like me. I wish the manufacturer makes it easy to break it in half (with a deeper groove in the center, like a Kit Kat).
