The bed arrived in 3 seperate boxes at different times about a week apart. I contacted the company when the first box arrived on its own, communication was amazing, explaining there were another 2 boxes on the way (not sure why the whole bed wasn’t sent at the same time, but all arrived in the end). The actual gas lift works really well. Overall not bad for the price.
