Hasn't arrived after 2 weeks so contacted seller. Responded that "the package was damaged so returned to us" and offered me a refund. Seller still has the item for sale however has increased the price on the item. I requested them to repackage and resend but they gave me a refund and urged me to "reorder from them" at the increased price.

It appeared to be new. I thought perhaps price was too good to be true and turned out it was. Was stated as a warehouse error what I was sent. However did organize a return through for me and sent a code to do this, and a refund once item was received back at their "warehouse".
