As for assembly it is easy until you arrive at step 5, figure 5 = what a mess !... I hope that an assembly video is made soon for this particular model. Thanks

The back size adjust doesn't lock correctly if you try to have it at Max height, any pressure/weight put on it reverts it back to lowest setting, it woll not stay lpcled at all.. Head rest will lock. Arm rests are probably the best hit about this chair. I've given it over a month and it's just been more of a let down then expected. Quick postage though

Don't know who is at fault but the bed base comes as 3 boxes only 2 boxes arrived and after discussion with the seller and telling them shipping is their responsibility they arranged for the remaining box to be delivered the next day. The courier driver had instruction to leave the boxes on the verandah his laziness left 2 of the boxes in the driveway beside the carport.
