    Purchased a replacement figurine (previous arrived damaged from poor packing). This one arrived in perfect condition because the Seller took the time to pack it properly. In the case of fragile figurines, taking the time means a lot of time, and a lot of effort, and a lot of carefully placed protective materials.     I was very excited when I saw my discontinued flatware patter for sale, as I am missing all my teaspoons during a reno. I thought I was ordering the teaspoons, and when they arrived (VERY quickly!) I discovered they were *soup* spoons (in great condition). I contacted Michael, and he was very quick to offer to take back the spoons, which he didn't have to do. I was so grateful for his understanding. I will definitely look at his items again!
