Fully adjustable, with the lowest setting good for the elderly (me) and those with foot/ankle issues (also me). It is BEYOND EASY TO USE. Place it behind a recliner, if possible, or a tall chair to rest your arms on and provide stability and reassurance as you get used to using the incline board. Then watch TV, or meditate, or practice learning a new language with DuoLingo or other free app. 5 minutes 2 times a day, and you'll feel the difference in about a week.
