Nearly lost the key thru a large hole in the envelope. If it hadn't been taped to a piece of cardboard, it would've been lost. Seller used a plain paper envelope and mailed it as an envelope instead of as a package. Envelope destroyed by USPS sorting machine, plus I had to pay $6.61 in additional postage to get it.

Had to pay duty on it twice, not really their fault but could have shipped second package as “promotional” product or no value product as I had already paid. EPROM and cable assembly worked great, plug and play, made my older DN 501 work with card reader. All in all pretty happy
