  • Samurai save the ocean

This is my second samurai, i sold the first one, (PADI version) and missed it. Pro's: The blue is perfect, it keeps great time, wears smaller than its actual size. Con's: pin and barrel link attachment, makes sizing the bracelet difficult, many complain about the pressed clasp so I'll mention it, personally I don't care. A ceramic bezel insert, and sapphire crystal would be perfect, but that would jack up the price. Overall a much better watch than the beloved SKX that can be had for right around the same price. Wont be getting rid of this one.

  • Exceptional Value for Money

The Seiko “Samurai” Prospex SRPC93 is an exceptional timepiece and my favorite everyday, “always on” watch. The build quality is evident the moment you pick it up. And the finer details are appreciated more each day, from the eye catching blue wave dial, to the applied indices, to the world class lume. 200m water resistant solid stainless steel case looks and feels like a well made tool. What sold me was the Seiko 4R35 movement. It’s an accurate workhorse with both hand-winding and hacking; features missing from the beloved SKX line. I highly recommend this durable and beautiful Seiko for anyone desiring something more than “just a watch.” My single regret is not buying this watch sooner.

  • A keeper

Very nice watch, though as expected; it is a “Japan movt.” watch. (If you want the assemble for the Japanese market, it’ll cost you right around $200 more. I needed a ‘beater’ for work and outdoor endeavors...one I didn’t have to worry about bumps in rough use; or worry about being the target of nefarious intent. Wish I could remark on its durability, but its turned out to not be the ‘beater’ I expected it to be. Its quite attractive, so another watch will have to take on the 'beater' roll. I’m not sure of it’s power reserve, but seems to extend longer that any of my Oris 65’s. It keeps excellent time for the price point (maybe +15-20 seconds per day) and everything is functioning appropriately. All in all, a nice watch for the outlay. I plan to keep it in the collection.

  • Killer watch. Mine may have been a demo model or something but it was very reasonably priced.

Absolutely phenomenal watch! My particular one has a slight scratch to the bezel at 6:00 and the lume pip at 12:00 is slightly off-center. However, the price was so fantastic that I don't mind at all. Truly a wonderful watch and I would buy again.

  • Beautiful watch!

Beautiful watch....when I saw the blue to black progression on the watch face, the checkering on the bezel edge and crown, I was sold. Plus, it's a Seiko, so it will give a lifetime (or more) of reliable service. It has some heft, but I like that, so I'm very happy with the purchase!

  • Well executed

Beautifully designed, vivid colors, crisp feel when winding and turning the dive bezel. Easy to read in all lighting. Case finish is crisp and the case design design is perfect. Dial design pays homage to the greatest creature in the ocean. Hands and lume set this watch off as a standout among affordable luxury sport watches.

  • Seiko diver’s watch

Pros : Good looking watch, very well made, price paid was roughly 1/2 the retail price. Cons : Bracelet is adjusted all-the-way in and is still loose on my wrist. A link will have to be removed to make it comfortable. It’s a heavy watch compared to most.

  • Unique Diver

Angular case design and gradient blue dial set this watch a part in a sea of submariner homages. Tough to beat for the price.

  • Nice watch!

This is a great addition to my collection. My other watches are black dial divers, and this Save the Ocean blue is a nice change. It wears well and it’s a looker!
