    Terrible customer service. First, the item was shipped from California to Indiana, then back to CA. At this point I had to order the part from Amazon because I needed it yesterday. I told the seller to cancel my order and he would not. Then when I finally got the item it was not the same as listed. It was supposed to be a URO. It was in a Febi box but it was a no name item. Now I'm stuck with this piece of garbage. Buyer beware.

    Hose Too Short.

    The hose was too short.. The listing showed it suitable for our make and model, but when we installed it, we found it too short and needed to modify the installation. We would recommend the supplier updates their listing for this product to match the correct dimension for the make and model.
