    It is ludicrous that you put this case on hold for ten more days. I have already waited to receive the item for 33 days, that will make it 43 days before this matter is even looked in to. The seller obviously just ignored shipping the item in a timely matter and only created a shipping # after I requested a refund. I will be returning this item if it ever shows up and adding my negative review to the sellers less than stellar reviews.
