The seller sent the package bubble wrapped but only in a plastic bag. Maybe take it up with Australia Post? If the buyer wanted extra protection, he should have specified during purchase, which other buyers have done previously. Also, said purchase was bought at a discount, so much so I lost money on the sale. Just take the win, as a few dings isn't really worth getting cheesed off about. Please get some perspective.
