Light bar was received with no screws and no mounting brackets included. When the seller was informed of this, he supplied a picture of the brackets saying they must have fallen out of the box while preparing for shipment. Said he would ship the brackets. They were never received. I requested a full refund, which he fulfilled. It's a good light that I cannot mount and use. Seller seems like a good guy, just a little sloppy.Follow-up from: m***i- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller supplementally shipped the missing brackets after realizing he omitted them in the initial shipment. But he mailed metal brackets in a paper envelope, in which the brackets ripped through the paper during transit. Consequently, I received an empty envelope in my mailbox with no contents. Consider all these facts before you enter into a purchase agreement with this seller.
