    The product was just as described. It was packaged safely and arrived safely. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected which worked out great for me. I installed it the following day. I needed to go to Lowe's, however, to purchase a couple of adapters because for some reason Aquasana had changed their fittings over the past 9 years. All good though, nothing to do with the seller.
