      Universal spark arrestor

      I've purchased 2 so far and have recommended it to friends. Ended up putting it in the end of an old DG 3 wheeler pipe to tone it down and keep it trail friendly. Used another one to repair a yamaha BW200 pipe. Great product at a good price.

      Does not apply to all RS-3 mufflers

      There are two types if Yoshi RS-3 mufflers, one that accepts this spark arrestor and one that doesn't. I have the one that doesn't and had no way of knowing until I contacted Yoshimura directly. Since I can't use the part, I can't honestly rate it. Giving 3 stars because I would've liked to have known there were two types of mufflers before placing this order. Aside from that, build quality and speed of delivery seems fine.

      Forest Service compliance.

      Stainless steel and quality welds for a very fair price. Question will always be, will the Ranger that stops you feel you have a compliant system. I will carry my receipt in my wallet and hope. A fine screen does not guarantee a compliant system.

      Yoshi spark arrestor

      Good quality, fit easily in my crf250x standard muffler . Diameter of the arrestor surprisingly small, I expected something with a greater diameter but it works well.
