    This is the very best liquid eyeliner on the market and it's affordable. Lasts longer that all the rest, and is easiest to use. You can make lines thin or thick. The tip is perfect for creating winged looks, too. This eyeliner won't wear off, it's waterproof and even lasts through swimming lessons ! Hghly recommended.
