    1 word: AWESOME. At first I thought that the $30 shipping was a bit high side of reasonable. NOW my opinion is that it might not have been enough! Switch was stripped of all modules, each module was wrapped in bubble wrap AND placed into a small box, and then all the small boxes plus the heavily wrapped chassis were placed into an outer box - assuring a safe delivery. Switch looks like new - clean and minimal signs of use. These guys do a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!!
