And it has many things to entertain my cat. And even three hanging balls on strings. And they give extra two balls and extra hardware. The only thing is it's time consuming to put it all together from scratch. But worth it. I put him on the top bed and he's been up there since, hours. He loves it! He was a stray just about a year ago, and loves this cat tree.

I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. They gave me info on who I should contact in warranty for repair. Outstanding vendor

I placed 4 orders on July 30th and I received this item on Aug 1. Highly recommend this seller!!
