After placing battery in computer, dive computer did come on, however it has not been tested with an actual dive yet. I have to wait another month. Hopefully all goes well. Due to the large number of mounting plates styles, I often sell the hinges without mounting plates. Often people have the plates, but the hinge itself breaks.
