    I can't rate the phone I purchased for my father yet as we haven't set it up but I want to commend this seller as highly as I can. Phone was delivered to my father's address promptly however he did not answer the door as he was out or didn't hear ( he is elderly, deaf and affected with cognitive decline ). He didn't action the startrack calling card left behind and so the item was sent back to sender. When I contacted the seller they sent the item to my address at no extra cost within 2 days

    Almost perfect 9/10 landline handset

    4.5 stars - I would’ve given it five stars but the chord underneath don’t sit perfectly flush and causes the unit to rock ever so slightly otherwise this is really good unit. Especially for the price which was reasonable

    Too complicated

    A bit complicated and still no right. Just went to answer a call and it would not pick up, so I guess something not quite right in set up. Bring back a phone easy to just plug in and it goes without a hitch. (Sigh)
