    The disc was packaged very well and sent within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately for me the Bonus Materials of the DVD won't play. I contacted the seller about this and she refunded me. This seller doesn't accept returns which places me into a quandary as I really don't want to keep a DVD that isn't able to play all materials on the DVD. Customer service is excellent refunding me though I never requested it. Good seller.
