The only negative I have about the experience is that seller could have packed the item a bit better, given it was acrylic and easily breakable. It was only packed with a thin sheet of styrofoam and a single piece of crumpled tissue paper. However, seller gave a very prompt refund and I am satisfied with the interaction even though item is broken.

The item was probably packaged, but damaged by the shipping carrier. I immediately reached out to the seller and within minutes we got pictures of the packaging, item damage, and he started the process for a refund. Definitely would recommend him for other items, just nit FedEx to handle fragile packages.
