Though this happened I can’t fault the prompt and polite customer service. I would definitely use this company again.

After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements. Great customer service from seller during this unfortunate situation which was not the sellers fault.
