They were great about my purchase of two items and were fantastic communicators. The packing of my two walnut pieces was perfect and shipping was efficient and to my door in a matter of days. As for the walnut pieces, I aim to make two benches as practice for a larger table and when I saw how nice these slabs are, I have to adjust my thinking of considering them practice. I think this is somewhat expected as that seems to where slab cracks often occur, but it was disappointing. I would buy from this seller again.
