    Generates very little heat, better as a hot spot, not for general heating

    May be good for 10 Gallon tank or 20 gal vertical tank. I had it on the bottom of 20 gal horizontl tank and the heat generated is insufficient for my gecko. Currently have it on a side wall as hot spot for the Gecko. Despite the above, its still a great deal for the price
