    As other reviewers have stated.......delivery period - which is stated - is quite long. We didn't realise this until we had purchased but we weren't in a rush, and not seeing it was our fault. Bag arrived 2 days after estimated delivery time but suspect this might be Royal Mail's fault. Having said all that.....bag is great and a good price. Arrived well packaged as well so all good.

    I purchased these on 23rd May. A couple of weeks later no crocs and no update so I contacted the seller asking for an update. I was told they didn’t have the item and was waiting on them to be delivered to them. I have contacted them numerous times and have to wait days for a reply. Terrible service. Terrible communication I WILL NOT BE UAING THEM AGAIN!!! Had to contact eBay for a refund as they ignored my message about a refund.

    This customer unfortunately did not notice the extended dispatch time on her ordered item, this was explained to her several times in ebay messaging but alas she still did not understand the ordering system and to take note of the delivery dates. Hopefully her next purchase from another business, she will look a little closer and not feel the need to leave these comments which are unnecessary
