    Seller seems unconcerned that his customer never received the item. I would not order from this outfit if there is a probability that the item either was never shipped or will never arrive. $250 is kind of an expensive "Oh well..." There does not seem to be an effective refund algorithm within the Ebay process. Following the instructions leads to a page in which the buttons and options they say will be there are nowhere to be found, or do not respond to input. This is an improvement opportunity.
