    great products

    I love it. The pod machine works well and im using biodegradable pods and had no hiccups. the milk frother give lovely hot and cold milk with a nice head on it and i have had no issues with it overflowing, which i read from other reviews could be an issue.

    Squashed coffee pods. What's wrong.

    Having products putting in the coffee pods I've wrecked about 20 pods because they jam up somehow and when I close the handle it squashes the pods and makes them totally unusable. Have no idea what's wrong. Seems as though the machine has a fault. I am so careful when I put in a pod but only occasionally does one go in properly resulting in a perfect cup of coffee. I'm really disappointed with it. Had a different model previously and it was perfect every time.

    Good entry level machine with a few hangups.

    It tends to leak a bit. Coffee is not very hot. Sometimes it crushes the pods making them unusable.
