    New screen works great. Part shipped quickly and very secure packaging. There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!

    Motherboard was packaged safely, and shipped out quickly. Mainboard was in new condition as described, however it came packaged with the wrong IO shield back plate. After contacting the seller, a small amount of our purchase price was refunded to help offset the cost of obtaining the correct part. Seller was responsive and kind in all communications.     The system needed some simple work done but all said and done its essentially mint now. With a battery upgrade, 32GB RAM mod, and upgraded storage this thing rips. Shipping was quick and packaging was sufficient, listing was as described but also a bit too vauge - this lead me to this sellers customer service who ultimately were just doing their jobs and after the second or third inquiry my question was answered. Overall this was a great value and I recommend.

    Very Good but a Couple of Small Issues

    Worked as soon as I plugged in. The only issue is that my Jabra headset is not discovered when I boot up. When I plug the headset into the Thinkpad laptop it works fine. My other Plantronics bluetooth ear piece does not charge properly when plugged into the front USB port. I have not tried the back. The Displayport works great with two external monitors.

    Poor instructions and no labels for some of the ports dos NOT help.

    The docking station works fine, ONCE I figured out how to hook it up correctly. The main problem is that the connection ports are NOT all labeled, so you can plug in a few of the cables in the WRONG port and not know why it doesn't work when you turn it on. Lucky for me, it was for use by my wife in her home office, and her company IT guy was able to figure out what was wrong and get it working for her. Poor instructions are the problem

    Compact excellent docking port

    Dock allows a single USB-C connection to my X1 laptop and greatly reduces cable mess. It makes it easy to keep the laptop closed, as it will turn on the laptop without having to open it. Connections for ethernet, multiple USB ports, video out with HDMI and Display port, and audio out. Of note even though there are two video-out ports you can not connect more than one video cable to the port at any one time. Worth the price

    Great bundle of equipment - just what was needed!

    Everything as advertised, and delivered promptly. Quite a number of different cabling connectors, so that I can now connect virtually anything to anything else, which is of high value to me. Docking station works great as well - these Lenovo docking stations will attach to anything with a USB-C port, so I was able to connect a Dell computer, a Lenovo and a Microsoft Surface up, and each one worked just fine. Didn't think that was possible.

    Good product works as intended

    This is a very good docking station for my new Thinkpad carbon x1 but it does cost too much. After looking at the alternatives I ended up biting the bullet and buying this one. I have no complaints about how it works, and it is doing what I expected it to do. I have to admit that I purchased a lest expensive alternative manufactured by a company other than Lenovo, but when I hooked it up only part of the features worked with my Thinkpad. I was bummed, and had to return the product.
