First, the package was delivered 10 days after it was marked delivered and arrived quite beat up. only to find the items were defective. They cannot be found on the Gosund app. I have several other Gosund plugs. I tried troubleshooting and everything imaginable. The sellers refused to refund but marked as “completed.” The insults were hateful. She left me this Negative feedback PRIOR to using the prepaid label I provided her to send the item back. Apparently, I can't please everyone :(
