The box was not the original box that the figurine had come in and there was no tag - I can no longer access the original listing to see if this was made clear - so I can't definitively say that the item is "new," but it arrived undamaged and in excellent condition, so the price was fair. I would recommend this seller.

The flash was broken, but not to worry, it can be glued and will still look fantastic! This is going to be a prop in a theatre show, and the director likes it very much, as do I!
