    A five-star scale is insufficient to reward an online shop that cares enough about customers' needs and satisfaction as to be willing to still offer and source a $3.00 part at OEM price. As is only fair, indeed we reimbursed appropriate shipping and handling, but that Subaru of the Rockies in Denver transacted with us in Maine as if we were walk-in Parts Department customers was marvelous.     Advertisement disbelief

    The picture of the filter was with the gasket. I emailed a guestion and a VIN number. Does the filter come with the gasket? Answer this fits your car. The filter came late. The company would not enquire to the where abouts. They said I had to. No gasket. No response. Do not believe items pictured.
