It was missing an integral part I assumed was included because there was no mention of it, not being included. The Neutral is because they were unresponsive and ignored me as a customer. It took a week for it to arrive, by stagecoach I assume ...235 miles? The part which clamps the bracket to the strap lug on a camera, part of the stability.
