    Attacking lower back pain

    When it comes to healing injuries I believe that the pain and effort of exercise causing an injury must be countered with the equal and opposite that. This machine stretches an area in my inner hip joint that feels tight from too much cycling and not enough stretching. It is now a part of my regimen and it is gentle, simple and effective.

    I love my Back2Life!

    I have had a Back2Life for years now, and I am so glad that I do. It truly works so well for me. Much better for me than my inversion table, and also, I actually use it, because I find it more convenient. The movement is extremely gradual, and in the beginning, it was a little tricky to get the hang of it (the right position, etc), but once I did, it has been a God send ever since. I highly recommend it, and also can't stress enough that you don't give up until you figure it out. Just a tip, sometimes I have to use my body just a little bit in the very beginning before I really get going (in other words, not just lay completely limp/relaxed), but after a few minutes I am able to complete relax. Also while using it, every now and then, I need to do the same for a minute or two while in the ...

    My Son has numerous back and spinal issues, has endured every shot available, two spinal surgeries, Chiropractic visits, Physical therapy, etc..etc..so I will give you his review after one week of solid use of Back2life..Ma! this thing is great! It really helps to decompress my spine, I have way more mobility with far less pain! I am shocked that this rather little machine has worked more than it appears to to be able to give. I love it, and thanks Mom! So there you have it! For the price I was able to purchase it, it was more than worth seeing him get some relief from years of agony. My review is, if my Son is happy, I am thrilled with it!

    I got my life back!!!

    In 2008 I suffered from a lifting injury that left me completely unable to use lumbar muscles in my back due to the excruating amount of pain the lifting caused. I was like this for 4 months until I saw the back2life machine ad on tv. I used it for 2-3 months before my back was completely healed!! And in 2021, I had used my machine so much throughout the years as well as my former wife that she fell in love with it and she took it in the divorce! So I just had to get another one!! Sadly, not why this product is discontinued!!!
