I messaged the seller numerous times to return it and was ignored. I had to get eBay to step in & help. I had to take a massive parcel to return it which was a struggle. When return was received by seller I still didn’t get a refund by the deadline so I had to get eBay to step in again! If eBay hadn’t stepped in I would have lost £85. ma
