    I bought one of these units to try. I was pleased with the product, so I ordered three more. In looking over the other buyer's reviews, I noticed comments about being cheaply made or having flimsy clamps. This unit can't be the one they reviewed. The clamps for example, are the best that I have seen on a small charger/maintainer, and I have owned over a dozen different brands. You can look at the picture of the product which is accurate. Perhaps the wording "upgrade" in the listing implies that this unit has been substituted for a previous inferior one? I have only had two units installed for about two weeks, so I cannot speak to their long-term reliability. I use these only as maintainers in float mode to keep my farm vehicle batteries topped up over the winter. I am using them on 6V and ...

    Unusable!

    I have received the device but cannot use it. Two windows missing in main menu (Auto WIN, EOBD). The software downloads are OK, but the device does not work when the diagnostic cable is connected. Changing the language doesn't work either! I need urgent information about the operation. This device is not user friendly! I sent these questions 2 days ago, but I haven't received an answer yet!

    great product and price!!

    i have owned many scanners in the past from snap-on, matco and mac. this launch scan tool is the same company that programs all the matco scanners and its basically the same operating system as the $7000 maximus. so far it is an amazing tool and boots very quickly and reads vehicles with ease.
